Used to frequent a lot. Went for Father's Day after the rush. Made us wait despite having multiple open tables. Eventually seated but then was forgotten about. Watched 3 other groups get seated immediately upon entering all near us and still no service. Sat there reading the menu and wondering how the hell onion rings cost $11.49. After we were bypassed by 2 servers 2x each and the hostess in the literal span of 20 minutes we were ready to walk. When the server went to the other 2 groups first (the ones seated after us) we got up to leave. Upon informing the manager she didn't even apologize she just wanted to know where we were seated. So much for a nice Father's Day drama free. Pitiful to see a once nice establishment go down the shitter. Do better IHOP

Mayra was absolutely amazing she provided top-notch customer service with such a friendly attitude and a warm smile that truly made our dining experience feel special. We got here with a table of 8 people when we got here there was one whole side empty we got sat and more people started coming in with in 10 minutes the section was all filled the servers went to everyone who was sat after us and took all there drink orders and food orders before we had our drink order taken then people who got here after us started getting food before we even had our drink orders taken worst service I ever seen food was good but service is horrible I'm still waiting for my food as I wrote this and been here over a hour barley had my order taken

We had our Sunday breakfast this morning at the Napa IHOP and everything was great! The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. But the service was outstanding! EVE was the employee who waited on us and she was absolutely great. She went out of her way and above and beyond for us. We look forward to going back

My girl Crystal Barrett is off the hook repairing and installing lace fronts weaves, and just the tender touch of her hand, she grows your hair, very kind and very respectful. The atmosphere is Bomb.

Slowest service I have ever had in an IHOP. They need to find a professional manager to work here. The place is not that busy and we have been waiting 45 minutes so far, and still no food. Made a mistake coming in here this!!!
