Will never ever ever understand what is the freaking hype about this place. The Burger is just fast food quality, is really not that good and fries are horrible. Why is there always a freaking huge line? This is an example of how a good marketing brainwashes people. Like Gotts burgues are waayyyy better. Saying these burgers are good is the same as saying Panda Express has the best chinese food. This place is just overrated

We went on a bustling Friday evening. The workers behind the counter were overwhelmed, but you couldn't tell. It took about 8 mins to get our order. Which was perfect, no mistakes. Food was fresh and hot. It was rather difficult to find seats. But we did.

Good place for a quick burger. They generate a lot of business here,so I would suggest ordering inside because the lines for the drive thru are always very long unless you don't mind waiting.

My wife were in Napa on a work trip, since we live on the East Coast we don’t have an In N Out Burger.
This was my 2nd experience at In N Out, this was hands down an incredible experience and the guy Karya working the front made the experience for my wife even better.
He even gave us hats to bring home to our kids.
Not to mention the entire staff was happy and you can feel the positive energy around the restaurant.

The food is always good I get 2 double meat's with a large fries and a large vanilla shake and it fills me up every time but the restaurant I go to is always crowded but it's ok there's plenty to look at (female's) lol !!

I order my food, got the #30 and waited 45 minutes, asked twice about my order after seen several customers leaving that order after me. They lost my number and end it up getting cold and soggy burger. Bad service and food. Disappointing ?
