The place is dirty I had bugs in my food and the employees are rude and they keep messing up my chicken nuggets with jalapeño nuggets I think that's what it's called but the food is good but the bugs in my food was terrible good thing I didn't eat the food

Beware of South Napa Jack in the box. The lady that works night shifts Steals money from customers so if you pull up to the drive-through and you see that the ordering screen is off just know that you’re gonna be paying extra money that goes into her pocket I have been investigating this Jack in the box for quite some time now and been gathering evidence for corporate.

They charged me 32 dollars by mistake and they still haven't been able to refund it to my account... and they also charged me 13 dollars for two milkshakes! I went to complain and I wasted my time. It wasn't my fault that they charged me wrong and now I'm wasting my time going to complain.

They take more than 20 minutes to give you the order and more than 5 minutes to serve you, very bad service. They were all talking and joking among employees without caring that customers were waiting too long 😡😡😡

Absolute worst in town, had to re order 5 times and then doordash finally sent my order to across town where it was done with no hassle. Still on my 12th call for this store with no answer. They're garbage.
