Despite repeating the order 3 times, asking for grilled chicken. I got handed fried/crispy chicken. Not sure how to fix that? Maybe assign grilled items a separate number because the staff seem to struggle with the different choices!

1st time at the Jack in the box.... And for a Fast food chain it was really good... We ordered our burgers animal style, and that was the way to go ( basically with grilled onions and all of the fixins). Definitely would repeat and recommend...
The employees that I encountered were very friendly. My online order was ready by the time that I arrived. The temperature of my burger & fries was perfect.

First off the service was terrible the coworker gave us attitude and got our entire order wrong there was also no ice in the machine it was broken this is outrageous! I also asked for ranch sauce and they said ok and went to the back and never came back with ranch at that point I was fed up and just left with my food.

late night order. I ordered a stand alone large fries they forgot somehow. It wasn't busy,I ordered online giving more then estimated time,was nice. My online order was a orange dream type drink/new D&W egg roll type things munchy type box & the large fries. It seems to happen more & more whether online or not when I order.
