I recently went to Jersey Mikes and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The employee who assisted me was incredibly rude and dismissive, which made me feel unwelcome. On top of that, the food I received was atrocious. It lacked flavor and was poorly prepared. I expected much better from a place with such a reputation. I won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal or decent service.

I came here about a couple of days ago. I been debating if I should share my experience. My sandwich was poorly made. I was expecting it to be made well and it wasn’t. When I got in my car and opened it, the sandwich literally had nothing I asked for. Plus, i don’t know who’s running this establishment but the person in front was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I’m not sure if they were having a bad day, but usually I do NOT let someone’s attitude affect me. But, this time it did and i’m greatly disappointed. I will never come back again. SAD!

Jersey Mike's Subs in Silverado Plaza, Napa is a great location. Very busy but the subs are delicious. All of the deli and cheese is sliced fresh (it does make the line move a little bit slower than other sub places), but its worth it. Fresh, delicious. a bit pricey compared to others but the Original Italian is a darn good sub. The staff here is very nice and supportive to each other as well. There was a person that was training, and although she made couple small mistakes, the manager was very kind and supportive to her. Great place..

Don't order delivery from this Jersey Mike's store! We have had so many missing items--whole sandwiches and drinks and chips and desserts--that we're done! You'll get ripped off too. The store manager blames the delivery service that THEY choose for all the deliveries. But you pay them... and don't get what you paid for... so, bottomline is don't support this business.

The employees at this place are incredible! They are always happy, upbeat, cheerful, welcoming and they remember orders! For as busy as they are, remembering anything would be a feat, but not this crew! Exceptional all around.
