We dine at the Napa Jersey Mikes quite often. Recently we had an experience where we were delivered the wrong order. The manager of the Napa location got in touch right away to correct the issue. We played phone tag for over two weeks, but the manager did not stop until we were able to chat. He invited us to the location and gave us a great meal to make up for the little mistake. We love this location and team, thank you!

OMG!!!! I walked in to Jersey Mikes because I wanted a sandwich. The service was amazing. The guy that made my sandwich was attentive and made my sandwich just the way I like it. It was so good. It's a small place but the look of the place was just right. All I can say is when I want a really good sandwich I will go back.

Today I ordered my favorite, #66 with swiss and a side of CPR (chili pepper relish). This is my go-to on cold days. Other days I will order a Cali Club - turkey & provolone with avocado & bacon, always Mike's Way. Neither are specifically on the menu, both were suggested to me by the owner to give a try, and now I love them. I am always warmly greeted - and by name -since I am a regular. This alone makes my day! They greet everyone that comes in, not just me. The crew works amazing together, especially at the lunch rush. There are a lot of charity events so they can get very busy. They keep up with it all! The store is situated in a nice shopping center with plenty of seating outside by the landscaping, and the restaurant has been clean inside and outside every time I am there.

Jersey Mike's do live up to their commercial ads in regards to freshly sliced meat and fresh ingredients. Their sandwiches are delicious and the service was superb. They are a little pricey compared to other places so I recommend ordering the Giant sandwich size to get your moneys worth .

Jersey Mike's On Trancas has the best Tuna Sandwhiches in Town. Order it Mike's way and add Bacon and it's the best thing you'll have! 10/10 recommend. I can't stop thinking about it!

The sandwich is OK but the help is rude and sometimes will not allow substitutions. It depends on the mood of the staff.
They forgot I was parked for curbside pickup. 30 later, I got my disabled but into the store, not that busy. My order was sitting on the shelf. Got home it was clear to me that it sat on the shelf for a while. A sloppy soaking wet mess. The order was not complete. Missing two bags of chips and add-ons, and I tiped those jersey jerks. It was better last year, now the what they call meat is so thin I could and did reed the receipt threw it. And such a small amount of meat almost invisible threw the mounds of limp iceberg shreds. They stole from me, and they lied to me. I understand nobody is perfect, I understand rent is ridiculous.They have to do what is needed to survive. Sadly, this is not the first time they failed me. But it will be the last.Parking: Don't trust the curbside pick-up. I am disabled very hard for me to get into the store. I checked in they confirmed me in the correct spot and never brought the order out.
