We ordered a batch freezer and it arrived in excellent condition and easy to plug and go. Good price and no hassles with the shipping. This goes a long way in having equipment sent to Hawaii. Tom saved the day! I went in to produce gelato; prepared the ingredients, poured the mix into the machine, and flipped the switch...nothing but silence. I called Tom. He FaceTimed me, and walked me through the steps of removing the side panel, then asked me to check a few wires. Turned out the electrical contact slipped off the switch. I was up and running within minutes. Knowledgeable, responsive, honest. He didn’t even charge me for his time.

Spent $20,000. on an a machine they promised would ship on a certain date. They were supposed to send us a tracking number and never did. When we called to get the tracking number a week later (just days before our new shop was to open) we learned that IT HAD NEVER EVEN SHIPPED! Then to make matters worse they were rude to us! Dont deal with these people - they DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD.
