Writing a review from Hawaii! Keri and her team were responsive to my request from the start and followed up and provide quick, efficient and friendly service. We ordered a batch freezer and it arrived in excellent condition and easy to plug and go. Good price and no hassles with the shipping. This goes a long way in having equipment sent to Hawaii. Tom is the Greatest! Not only is he knowledgeable and a master at his trade, he is such an enjoyable human. Anytime something breaks, it's stressful but Tom makes the whole experience pleasant with his positive attitude.
