A big thank you to Adrian, the chef and staff for a superb dining experience! We were able to sit at the chef's counter and enjoyed watching the creative process! The food was absolutely delicious! We cannot wait to go back!
Exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, and as Napa locals, we truly appreciated how thoughtfully we were treated. The head chef is extraordinarily talented—every dish was beautifully executed with flawless presentation. They accommodated my pescatarian diet seamlessly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The wine from their personal vineyard was outstanding, and we're very much looking forward to visiting the estate in the future. An unforgettable meal all around.
Such an amazing experience, from start to finish! Juan was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and passionate about the dining at Kenzo. We will absolutely be back!
Authentic and delicious Japanese set menu. The service is excellent and friendly. The staff makes you feel at home , they explain all your courses and provides you with the most delectable food you have ever eaten.
Our third culinary experience here and it was immensely rewarding. The barracuda and sea bream stood out. Exemplary service. Each course was presented with precision. Enjoyed the night like listening to slow jam music. Satisfied our souls.
Amazing and such a unique experience! Very authentic and elevated Japanese cuisine and impeccable service.
Fabulous experience! One of the best my wife and I have ever had. The food, service and ambiance was spectacular. We can't wait to go back!!
Utterly pretentious. If you want to eat a very long formal repressed dinner in a cold but beautifully designed atmosphere with well trained staff that are a bit constipated, but look important and high class - then this is the place for you. If you want to listen to an hour poetic monologue for every single dish then this is the theater for you. If you are hungry do not eat here. But if you want to seem important and pretend to eat ethereal food then this is your place. If you appreciate genuine real flavorful food without flowery showering hoopla look elsewhere

Very nice dining experience - highly recommended! Definitely qualified for the 1-star rating. Well worth the $$$
Kenzo Napa was a wonderful experience for my wife and I. The service, food, attention to detail and quality were excellent.

We went to Kenzo last night and left deeply disappointed. We have been to many Japanese Michelin Omakase restaurants around the world and our expectations were high! However, our visit to Kenzo was truly a waste of time and money. Not a single course left us satisfied, and we even felt the preparation of the food was not good. The service was very “robotic”. Everything was super rehearsed and we felt like we might as well have had an AI robot as a server. Unfortunately, we have never left a Michelin restaurant more disappointed than we did after last night's experience.
If I could give 10 stars, I would! It was an experience from the moment we stepped inside until we left with a full heart and a full belly! We did the chef tasting with the wine and sake pairing and every course was more amazing, creative and scrumptious than the previous!! Highly recommend!!

Pretty disappointed by our second trip to Kenzo. We were very excited to secure a return reservation, but have to admit the food was simply okay. Even some of the seafood courses we enjoyed last time were fishy and not nearly as creative as we remembered. Some of the service was fine, but while we enjoyed the enthusiasm and clear joy of one of their Japanese servers, we could not really understand half of what she was describing. Perhaps the saving grace was the beverage pairing that highlighted some excellent Kenzo wines and beautiful sakes. We're privileged to eat around the world and consistently explore Michelin-starred experiences...I'm not seeing how Kenzo has maintained their star of the basis of our experience last evening. It has been said that the "food makes up for the lack of ambiance," but that might need to be revised based on our experience...
Excellent experience, sat at the chefs bar with my wife. 9 course omakase style and they were able to alter the menu due to shellfish allergy without any trouble. The food & service we're excellent all around, we didn't do the wine pairing option but did enjoy some sake and Kenzo estate wine.

There were 3 courses we honestly didn't care for at all. Very bland. I may sound crazy but I've had many friends come here that love it, and I eat at ⭐️ every month for years and I was dumbfounded. I ate ate Sushi by Scratch all the time and I understand expensive delicate fish.
