Very clean store and the service was very good. My order was placed on the kiosk and completed in quick order. However I found my order was not correct even though I was told everything is there. I asked about it 2xs. When I checked, I found my order was not complete as items were missing. FYI: check your order and do not assume they will get it right. It’s not always that busy. Even so, a little disappointed.

Ordered 2 4.99 leg and thigh specials. Was told it would take 8 minutes but I could order 10.99 4 PC leg and thigh with same sides with no wait. I asked why and something about breading and promotion blah blah. Got my 2 4.99 leg and thigh but only came with 2 tiny legs. False advertising. Please avoid this dishonest KFC.
Why do the workers never seem to actually enjoy working here? I understand that fast food isn't the ideal job for most people, but at least put on a happy face for the guests! This indicates that management isn't fostering the proper morale among their employees. Happy employees lead to better customer experiences, and a lack of enthusiasm reflects poorly on the establishment. Management needs to create a positive work environment and motivating their workers. Otherwise this negative atmosphere will keep on affecting both staff and customers, ultimately ruining KFC's reputation

Food is what you would expect from KFC, tasty but really small portions. The staff here is what is regrettable, poor attitudes, uninterested and unaware of KFC’s online promotions, which they did not honor. Popeye’s or Jollibee chicken are much better options. Stay away.
