Took my "special" lovely family to kfc they all seem to love it, Diego Falcon(the one in the middle), said the chicken was a 10/10 Jose (the one in the front said the biscuits are better than the Popeyes ones David(the one at the end) said the chicken nugs where fantasticc

Just recently went back to KFC after about 3 yrs of buying my chicken from El Pollo Loco. My 3 yrs doing business at EPL has been one disappointment after another (see my review of EPL). My 1st order back at KFC was a 9 pc leg & thigh, with two sides of potatoes and gravy, & four biscuits. Surprisingly, the chicken was far less greasy (better) than 3 yrs ago. the potatoes were bland (no change), gravy was good (no change) & my biscuits were already hard as rock (no change) after my 10 minute drive home. My total cost was approx $24, with a discount coupon, for the 9 piece chicken dinner (approx feeds 3 people). I am not ruling out driving to Popeyes in Vallejo, considering KFC & EPL are the only 2 options in Napa for fast food chicken.

I’ve been wanting to move out of Napa due to its lack of entertainment however I stayed due to its remarkable reach of kfc however when they closed down our second KFC for another Starbucks I was petrified, Will I truly need to travel across town to indulge myself of KFC? I wondered if life was worth living here; Other towns offer far more KFC locations, however this one doesn’t, I mourned my loss however this god forsaken town will never be the same after the loss of our second KFC, I’ll be packing my things and moving to LA…

Don't you ever have a craving for KFC?? Lol! we only get it a couple times a year, but that's when we just have to have that chicken! And even though the mashed potatoes aren't real potatoes, I still like them! I think it must be a childhood memory? The coleslaw is just way too sweet for me, so I come home and put it in a colander and rinse the whole thing off and add a little mayo, salt and vinegar and then it's delicious! You can't go wrong with their biscuits either... Throw them in the microwave with real butter, and they are fabulous! I don't even remember the last time I've been in side the restaurant, so I can't comment on the ambience... But the drive-through people are always friendly!
It's not that difficult. MISSING Items in my Order. I hate that. Just follow the Damn Order Screen.But...I'll give them this. I had to go back, but they were willing to fix their mistake.It's just an IRRITATING waste of time.

Terrible service, waited trapped in the drive through line forever. Finally the person in front picked up their order and left. We still were left sitting there. We finally asked if they were going to take our order and the person responded that there were just two workers trying to do it all. To please be patient. We had sat there another 18 minutes, with no one in front of us. Out of frustration we drove away without placing our order. As we went by the window, we were surprised to see there were no customers inside.
