Best cinnamon rolls in Napa. Found the green trailer twice, once on Second Street by the roundabouts and the other on Washington Street between First and Clay. The rolls are huge and have great texture without being under or over baked; it's like the entire roll is that center portion of a regular cinnamon roll. The icing is soft and not overly sweet.

I’ve never been a cinnamon roll fan until I had these because they always taste so processed. These rolls are different. Fresh ingredients, perfect roll to icing ratio, and a huge serving size.

Tried the rolls yesterday. Delicious! Dense yet fluffy. The cinnamon "spread" is sweet but not too sweet. The icing is great. Had a bite while the icing was still soft. Loved it. Had a bite today when the icing was hard. Loved it.
These rolls aren't cheap but they're so big that 2 people can easily share one.
