We ate dinner outside of the patio, which is where we had requested since it was a beautiful evening. The inside was full of people, and it was quite noisy, but an inviting ambiance. With my hearing problems in noisy environments, the outside seating would have been my choice anyway. Jesé was very attentive, and helped us with some special dietary restrictions. If he wasn't sure, he would go and ask. I'm not a big Mole person usually, but I had the Mole chicken enchiladas. It was very good, and rivaled some I had a few months ago in Oaxaca, MX. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals. Three had the Mole enchiladas, and one had the burrito. The burrito was huge! Great place. Great friends. Wonderful evening.

We really loved our lunchtime meal at the bar with bartender Daniel taking good care of us on a cool Saturday in downtown Napa. Excellent house made chips, salsa, guac and quesabirria. Excellent tequila selection coupled with a knowledgable bartender eager to educate made for a pleasant and engaging visit. We will absolutely return, with friends and more time!

The appetizers were fabulous. We had the Quesabirria, queso fundido and Apple salad. The chips were fabulous. I would've liked salsa that wasn't smoky and a little bit more mild. Main dishes we had the Carnitas which we prefer crispier and the lamb shank, which was not our favorite. The quality of the food was excellent, even if it wasn't exactly to our taste and the service was fabulous. We will definitely be returning when we're up in Napa.

I am a pescaterian and don't eat meat. I ordered one of the only dishes without meat (the fish tacos). They were way too spicy for me. There was no warning that they would be so spicy so I had to send them back. They offered to bring me something else, but there wasn't anything else on the menu I wanted.

My husband and I had a lovely time here and it was actually our favorite part of our vacation to Napa. The food, drinks, and service were outstanding. We shared the Huitlacoche appetizer which was filling enough that we almost regretted ordering main course meals. I had the Chile Relleno and margarita flight (and I’m still thinking about the amazing flavors). My husband had the Birria taco plate with mezcal flight. We would definitely come back!

This place is truly a Napa Valley staple, especially if you are a lover of tequila, Mexican cuisine and a good time (duh). It’s easy to see why. Wonderful chef! The staff was so professional and friendly. Service over the top. I had the seafood chile relleno …..just superb! Chips and salsa ,deliciously unique and the selection of wine, mescal and drinks were amazing. Can’t wait to go back!!!!
