waited in line and lied about hours of service for christmas day and no one was there- stay away this isnt the first bad expereince ive had but i wont be back so itll be the last.

I used the drive-thru at night. The lady who took my order was nice. The food I received was cold. There was no dipping sauce for the chicken in my bag. Cold McDonald's food tastes disgusting, especially with no dipping sauce to cover it up.

Avoid This Location Total Incompetence and Lack of Service
This has been the single worst fast-food experience I have ever had. My simple online order (a QP Meal and a McChicken Meal) was handled disastrously from start to finish, costing me my entire lunch break and leaving me without the food I paid for.
First, the staff gave my order to the car in front of me in the drive-thru. When I pointed this out and showed them the receipt on my phone, I was treated with immediate suspicion, as if I were attempting to steal. I was forced to go inside to confront the staff and prove I had paid for my food.
The staff reluctantly agreed to remake the order. However, the time wasted in correcting their initial mistake meant my entire lunch break expired before the food was ready. I had to leave for work. The situation was compounded when I realized the remade food was still completely wrong: I received a regular cheeseburger instead of a Quarter Pounder, and two McChickens instead of a McChicken Meal.
I was unable to secure a refund due to the excessive delay and having to leave. In summary, I was incorrectly accused of theft, wasted my entire lunch break, did not receive the food I paid for, and was denied a refund. The level of incompetence and poor customer service at this establishment is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

The previous poor reviews must of had a huge impact. When I came to do a review about the wonderful experience we had this morning, I was surprised by the bad reviews for what I was going to praise.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the price of a breakfast sandwich is higher than what we’re used to. That is not really the fault of the store.
We used the drive through and the person working the first window was thorough, friendly and spoke clearly, a near first for us. The 2nd window worker was just as friendly and double checked with us about drinks(we didn’t order any). She was friendly and made sure we had what we needed.
The turn around on the order was fast and no waiting. The line was moving.
Being from Texas and traveling, I commented to my husband how chill and friendly this McDonald’s is.
Good job to management for not just reading reviews but using to improve. Good job employees for taking the reviews seriously.

It took nearly 20 minutes just to get a simple bacon egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns and an orange juice. There's nothing fast about this particular McDonald's. Nothing against the workers but it shouldn't take that long for a simple breakfast value meal

AVOID. The food isn't half bad, but there are a couple of deal-breakers. The service through the drive-through is abysmal. The staff can't seem to do their job effectively, and you can barely hear and/or understand them. Then, you end up with things like french fries only half-full. The worst, though, it the atmosphere. There are so many homeless people running around harassing you that is absolutely obnoxious and NOT safe for kids. This is a SOLVABLE problem. My last experience yesterday was the final straw...I won't be going back. I will be sending feedback to McDonald's corporate headquarters, where I'm sure it will be promptly thrown in the garbage can...but at least I can say I tried.
