I can get 2 sausage Mc. Muffin with egg for 6 bucks in Vacaville. Here i paid 6.50 for one. What a joke. I will just go to jack in the box. Better quality and more for the price. Food is always cold too. Do not go to this Mc Donald's. It is a total rip off.

I've had them close while I was in the drive-thru, 5min before the posts closing time. The manager even lied about what time it was, though my watch, phone, and car stereo all said the correct time. I've also had them screw up an order with only 2 items... multiple times.
Tonight, though... I ordered online (along with at least a dozen other folks), only to find cones in the drive-thru, and the doors locked. It was 10:30pm, so they should have been doing mobile orders for at least another 90min. No signs, no notice, no 'this location is closed' when you attempt to use the app. Instead, we all got charged for our food, and promptly turned away without explanation. By far the most unprofessional McDonald's I've ever been to.

Almost every time I go here, they don't give me the sauce for my nuggets, even when it's pre-ordered through the app and therefore "written" down. Since I've had issues with it so often, I know I should be double checking when picking up but it's easy to forget in the moment, and a bummer to realize you don't have any sauces when you get home.

This was one of the cleanest McDonalds I have been to. The bathrooms are pin code accessible and was the cleanest restroom. Kiosks make ordering super easy and this was a nice place to stop and stretch. We got our meals quickly and enjoyed our combo 1/4 pounder combos.

I ask for the code to use the restroom and she didn’t give it to me. Instead she walked over and punched the code in.
But then when the other guy ask one of the staff they gave him the codes.
That’s wrong to discriminate based on race. That’s sad.
Go in through the drive through to order on two separate occasions both times the person taking the order sounded drunk and failed miserably in communication

They will charge you more than any other McDonald’s within an hours drive and they will still give you food that’s sat in a hot box for to long. The store is hopeless and I wish McDonalds would remove this franchise owner and put somebody in that wasn’t as greedy and didn’t give food that should be thrown away.
