Holy god this place is absolutely amazing. I can honestly say I just had the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. I ate the vegan one - Aunt Weaver Stamper- the pesto and artichoke with that cheese and the waffle bread perfectly toasted with amazing tomato soup to dip in... seriously it was perfect. My 4 yr old had the singles breaking up on the waffle bread and ate every bite, which is rare with my picky eater. The place is just as unpretentious as it gets. Seems like just some cool guys making epic sandwiches a few hours a day, and they are nailing it.

This place is so awesome, not just because of the food quality (which is addicting) but the staff is consistent and friendly. I come here every week for lunch and have to say even on a busy day I am willing to wait as long as it takes for the signature "long time cousin" sandwich. It is not for the faint of heart on the spicy scale, but flavor and habanero salsa between waffle bread and chicken or turkey? I'll dip that in the tomato soup all day! My kid is even picky and enjoys all of the options here (though the cousin again is the favorite). Thank you Melted and Paul see you soon!

Yummmmmmm. This place was so tasty. It was recommended by a co worker. I love that sandwich came with a tomato dipping sauce. I also got a Thai iced tea which was very tasty. The service was friendly and the restaurant was very clean with a modern design.

The food was good. HOWEVER, service was very rude and unprofessional. While ordering the man at the register was somewhat nice, and once we went up to get our food I mistook a bag for ours and the man had yelled at me inside of the store which was very aggressive and made me feel embarrassed. Afterwards the man had been very ignorant and rude towards me. I am very disappointed as I have been to this restaurant many times.

Was pleasantly impressed by the quality and heft of these sandwiches recently! Two different occasions but same excellent result. Got mine to go but there are a few little tables and counter spots to dine there, if so inclined, but with Napa River frontage not far away in various nooks and crannies and then Veteran's Park at the corner of Main and Third Street a quick walk away, that may be a good al fresco option. Got a Rubin & Ed on a toasted roll, no sauerkraut and subbed cheddar for blue cheese the first foray, and then an I Wear the Gold, on the toasted roll a few days later. The Garlic Cheddar spread on the latter is TREATS! I think I'll try to get that added to any future orders, oh man! I loved the crunch factor with the hot toasted roll, and will try the waffle option next time for comparison. Both had good heft and held together well, and the ingredients were high-quality. The house tomato soup side (4oz or so? Could be off) was slightly spicy but I really liked it for dipping, not something I seek out but enjoyed this option and a nice touch. $14 for a good sized sandwich with excellent quality ingredients and soup kicker is very reasonable ("for Napa yadda yadda yadda" or anywhere else these days). Easy ordering over the phone to go, person at the counter was nice, and order was hot and waiting for me when they said it would be, so all systems go for Melted!

I really don’t understand what happened I ordered I was informed it would take 30 minutes I left dropped into City of Napa came back 27 minutes later no sandwich even cooking and the cook who’s flipping tags never cooked my sandwich then said it will be 10-15 more minutes for a cheese sandwich a not cheap cheese sandwich felt like Oakland where’s the service I like this joint but someone ain’t playing fair had to get a refund left a hefty tip for the cold soda no lunch included

We live over an hour away, and are happy to make the drive to enjoy Melted. Even though they were out of the ingredients for my favorite on our last visit, I still easily found another that was just as good.My favorite is still the "It's been a long time, cousin" and I'd love to know where that name came from.

Great service and the food to die for. This is a little hidden spot in Napa, we went to Napa's farmers market and decided to walk around, the smell made us walk in and we decided to get two different styles, the original style is amazing, they came with tomato soup and we ordered a couple Mexican cokes. Chefs kiss!
