Andrea did a wonderful job explaining all of the wines to us. This wine tasting was so special because you could feel that the family really cares about their business. The Pinot was amazing. We had such a wonderful time and I would recommend stopping by if you can!

We've visited twice now and will continue to visit as often as life allows! Had Rolando Jr. on our first visit and learned the history of his amazing family, tasted incredible wines, and couldn't wait to come back for more. On our most recent visit, we had the pleasure of being guided through our tastings by the adorable and delightful Joey. We've been tasting Rolando Sr.'s wines for close to 2 decades now, and they are the best. Don't be fooled by their current location...you have to try these wines!

Amazing wine and chocolates! The hospitality is beyond compare! This family owned tasting room has you feeling so welcomed and appreciated. 10/10 recommend for a “hole-in-the-wall” winery and smaller, less crowded place.

We've been members here for 2 years. It's really an amazing place in Napa. It's still run by a family and the passion behind the wines is obvious. What makes this place different is that you can tell that they really care about making amazing wines. Many of the wines are aged in barrel for over 20 months so the value is also there.

Rolando Jr. is often found in the tasting room and tells his family's story well. I've belonged to many wineries in Sonoma and Napa over the years and easily this is our favorite. This is also one of the few places that makes 100% petit Verdot which is how we found it in the first place.

Tastings are done in the barrel room and is in an industrial area of Napa but it's part of the charm. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have visited Napa and Sonoma 5+ times, visited many of the “best” wineries in the valley and this is our #1. The family story and the quality of wine is unbelievable. JOEY is the BEST hostess we have had in all our visits to Napa and Sonoma! Thank you Mi Sueño, we will be back!

I was initially skeptical about going here since I have been to major (opus, franks) wineries. However, this place gave major wineries a run for their money. It was half the price with greater quality of wine. Our hostesses JOEY was the best hostess we have ever had!!! She was personable, knowledgeable about the history of the family (which was magical and wholesome) and wine. This place will be a staple of our visits moving forward.

We were greeted by Rolando Junior (son of owners) and given a great tasting experience-stories behind the wines and insights into the varietals and origins of the winery. Strong family winery. Intimate setting. Delicious wines. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with our tasting hosted by Rolando Jr.! Our journey with Herrera’s wines began during a trip to Oregon, where we serendipitously discovered Calgcano. It quickly became a part of our family story, and we’ve been loyal fan of their wine ever since. We’re thrilled to have joined their wine subscription and can’t wait to continue enjoying their exceptional wines and supporting their lasting legacy.

Had an absolutely unforgettable wine tasting experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and guided us through an incredible selection of wines, each with its own unique story. Rolando was knowledgeable and engaging, teaching us about the family history, region, the vineyards, and the nuances of each wine. Every sip was a delight. The setting was stunning, being in the barrel room on a hot day perfectly complemented the experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to savor great wine and learn something new! These wines are amazing! We are now members and can’t wait for our next visit. Thank you!

I really wanted to like this place and it was one of the biggest reasons why I came to Napa. Unfortunately, the location is very confusing; You get dropped off in a business park with big garages and warehouses. When you finally find it, you walk into an office and have to wait for someone to greet you, which took some time. When I walked in, i thought to myself, “this cannot be the right place”. You’re then guided to the back of the warehouse and seated in a very close proximity with others. There are no windows, so the ambiance is strange; sitting around barrels of wine at an outdoor patio table in what looks like somebody’s garage. Another disappointment was that the pours are extremely small and very expensive. Our host didn’t bother to check on us throughout the time we were there and seemed to not have the best level of customer service. We paid less for bigger pours, a nicer location, and exceptional service at Domaine Carneros. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend.

My wife and I had a great time on our anniversary out in Napa this past week. We’re new to wine and they really helped educating us about the different wines. This is one the wineries I wanted to visit and we had a blast! Thanks!

My friends and I had such a lovely experience here! The wine tasting area is tucked away amongst the barrels and decorated lovingly with pictures of the Herrera family. Andrea and Ronaldo Jr are so hospitable and fun, and really made us wine newbies feel comfortable! We learned so much about the wine making process and the family and can tell how detail oriented they are throughout all of their business, which sets them apart amongst the hundreds in Napa. You just won’t receive this level of service in many places nowadays! We were able to taste wine right out of one of their barrels and compare to the wines they had poured for us. I thoroughly enjoyed their Pinot noir and the price point is fair given they are a small business and focus on quality. They also sell candles, which are also named after family members, in their empty bottles of wine exclusively on site. They smell so amazing, my friend bought 4! Thank you all for curating such a wonderful experience for us!
