Today, I picked up MOD Pizza in Napa and was disappointed to find a piece of soft plastic in the first bite of my pizza. The toppings were also sparse despite ordering the largest pizza with the heaviest dough. This experience highlights a significant lapse in quality control. I don't feel that ordering through the website has the personal touch and for that reason they're not looking Out out for your best interest.

As yummy as the food is, the staffing here is hit or miss... the morning staff that I see during lunch is amazing, very easy to talk to and ask questions. The night staff is very mixed... there were two employees that seemed to have an issue with me and my partner coming in. To be fair, they were cleaning the line and being an ex-employee I can understand how that's frustrating. But we were taking our time, waiting for them to finish (as there wasn't anyone behind us) and they told us we need to wait. There was one guy who had long hair and a goatee, he was by far the nicest person (other than the shift leads). There were two friends who were very judgmental and were very dismissive of anything and anyone... I love this place and always have but the select few staff make it seem like you aren't allowed to be there...

Okay, so $30+ bucks spent on two midget sized little pizzas(personal) and a weenie hut juniors sized Cesar salad... pizza dough lacked seasoning/flavor and almost received only three jalapeños on my already sad and lonely topping pizza :( This place just isn't what it used to be and I'm honestly broken to pieces because of it. This might be the last time I bring my business to the MOD franchise for good. P.S. I mess with the cool Invader Zim Hat and pin this dude had and the fact that the only female worker there complemented my GF's makeup. Besides that this place ain't bussin no mo :/

Stopped by to pick up a salad for later since no Mod near my final destination. I had a mod size salad with loads of toppings. Salad maker did a great job. The veggies and lettuce are fresh. Nice protein selections. Well priced $11.39. Mod has become a favorite of mine.
RLLY GOOD PIZZA THNXIt's like the Subway of pizzaEdit: This aged so poorly. I haven't been to MOD in a while, but I imagine they're superior to Subway at this point.

Ultra thin crust, crispy pizzas. Nothing special here from a flavor perspective. They allow you to customize your pizza chipotle style, but otherwise I don't get the hype. Service was slow.

I ordered the Dominic Pizza and added artichokes and it was supposed to have fresh chopped basil on it, but instead it had no basil and anchovies instead of artichokes -YUCK! I had to toss the whole pizza because I’m allergic to fish.

I gave it a three because the customer service was better than average. The pizza wasn't bad , but it did not satisfy my craving for pizza. The crust was ok but the other toppings were mediocre which included pepperoni and sausage. It is more of a fast food experience rather that a pizza parlor experience I might consider coming back and adding extra cheeses and more toppings including garlic to add flavor.
