We celebrated my sisters birthday and the staff was so courteous and helpful.
Honestly the most appalling customer service that one could experience. Tonight, I ordered 3 pizzas from Mountain Mikes for delivery, costing me just a little more than a hundred dollars. Delivery time was quoted 55 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half with no pizza I called the store. I was placed on hold because understandably, the store was busy. Cashiers are friendly and helpful. During lunchtime, they have good food and beer. The salad bar is well-stocked, and clean plates are available upon request. Great food and great customer service. The atmosphere, the music, the staff are all AMAZING. Africa has the most sincere, kindest demeanor and is inviting with exceptionally great customer service.
