Just outstanding. One of the owners spent time giving us great opinions on our wine selections. I was with another winemaker and we both knew right off the bat that our host was no-bs-knowledgeable. He knew the winemakers responsible for crafting both if the bottles we were trying to decide between. He knew their styles, did well at translating that to us in a very humble way. Food was as you would hope, mastery of the classics with numerous small plates that seemingly supported...
Great place, can't wait to go back. Don't order the onion rings, they are really onion strings. Tiny strings of onion, not worth eating. The ribs were not that great either. The specials are where they shine. The lamb chops were very tasty. The honey cornbread to die for. I do want to try the rabbit next time.
Our party of four enjoyed our dinner at Mustard's; Ribs, hangar steak and whole Dungeness crab served just right. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine with our meal as well. Our server was Kim, who was energetic and friendly, and ensured that we had everything we needed for a great evening meal. Recommend making a reservation as the restaurant does get quite the crowd.
