Stopped for a quick snack this afternoon - one of the employees (an older guy) made me feel SO uncomfortable. I obviously wanted nothing to do with him, but he kept asking me where I was staying, where my fiancée was, comments about the back door being locked, and was making the weirdest comments about women and the women working there.I ended up asking for my charcuterie to go, to which he kept making comments about me being uncomfortable and “not liking his vibe” (which CLEARLY, dude, get away from me), and would not bring me my check. I almost just left, but I felt badly for doing that when the other employee was taking the time to make the board for me.He also was drinking on the job, which like sure whatever I’m in Napa, but don’t drink to the point where you’re going to be obviously enjoying making a young woman uncomfortable.

You never seace to amaze me, I even ordered a take out and it was timed perfectly to leave with us!! Great service, great food and when you're on a “time crunch” it's nice to know we have a restaurant that understands this, especially for Lunch. To top it off; I ordered the beignets for the first time and OMG they are absolutely amazing.

Good spot right off the River in downtown Napa. Good food at a reasonable price. Nice wine list as well. Brunch served until 3 pm. I had the breakfast pizza and my wife had the chicken sandwich. Of course we had some beignets to get started. It is a pretty busy spot so make your reservation. Cheers!

I was highly dissatisfied with my experience. We were charged a large group party fee of 20% without being notified of this in anyway. We were only a group of five people anyway. They said that the notice is on the menu, but I did not see this when I double checked the menu. This was the brunch menu. When we asked about the confusion, they seemed so bothered that we were asking. We were essentially told that the fee is the tip for the server, but how do we feel confident this is actually going to the server? They removed the feed from our friends with whom we split the bill, but not on our own. I was not able to give any tip and furthermore, I was forced to pay 20% despite not being notified. What an awful experience.Oh, also, they were so baffled I asked to pay with two cards. It seems this would be normal and accepted in a place with visitors from around the world.

Great for breakfast and lunch. Beautiful patio on the river walk. Efficient and friendly staff. Wine bar for tastings. Boutique with very cool Napa themed products. Perfect location for an interesting walk along the riverfront after brunch.
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Service was a bit awkward. Didn't seem like there was any one person assigned to our table. I had to flag down people to take our order or give us the bill.
Our third time here --- we never visit Napa without a stop on Sunday for breakfast. Everyone was amazed at how delicious each breakfast was! Excellent food and service, and a fun comfortable atmosphere.

Located in downtown Napa, this is an institution that works as a general store/gift shop and restaurant with great food. We went to celebrate a birthday. I enjoyed the Chinese Chicken Salad which was delicious but with a little too much dressing. We ate on the outside patio which overlooks the beautiful Napa River and we enjoyed the excellent service.

Had reservations for 6 for brunch. Showed up and they acted like we came with 20 people and had to go figure out a table. Customer service and hospitality was low. They blamed everything on being short staffed. Turns out they weren’t offering their breakfast menu as described online; the menus we were given had breakfast sides on them so we tried to order those…they said they didn’t have those either. Tried to order a cup of soup, they didn’t have any soup. Tried to order the lunch special that was attached to our menu, and that wasn’t available either. So we went with $20 salads that were sub par. A round of mimosas to soften the blow of having nothing and being so short staffed would have gone a long way and with such a low overhead for them to cover, but hospitality wasn’t on their radar at all. Wish we went elsewhere. Maybe management changed? Not understanding the 4.5 star reviews…?

Visiting NAPA..What a lovely Downtown shopping area ! All other store's Customer Service was Top Notch- unfortunately not this one.Unfriendly.Hated spending, easily over 100 dollars in an unfriendly store. But the store had some GREAT selections for unique gifts! KUDOS for the gift selection. Thumbs down for Customer Service.
