We were there on thanksgiving day. The restaurant was very busy but the staff was very attentive and kind. The hostess did an amazing job managing all the reservations and walk ins.

Just meh. Was really hoping for more. Burger was DRY! Asked for mustard and waited 10min then had to ask a 2nd time. They forgot to put in our salad order so we had no salad. Such a bummer!!

The lamb burger is always good go to item. The short ribs with mushroom risotto, super! Great place to hang out, and the staff is the best.

It was pretty empty so seated quickly and food came out quickly. A little pricey for what you get. No sides automatic with sandwiches. But food was pretty good.

Our date night was wonderful here at the Norman Rose Tavern we enjoyed our meal and the Apple crisp was amazing. Thank you for allowing us to dine at your lovely establishments.

We have eaten here many times & loved it. We arrived early, were seated promptly, and ordered water & 1 beer. Our order was taken fairly promptly. However, our appetizer arrived about 40 minutes later and our food over an hour later. That was 40 min before our show was to start. I ended up eating 1/2 my salad & cancelling my soup. My husband ate most of his meal, but his salad never did arrive. The server was sweet & apologized over & over. We were very surprised to end up being charged full price for a partial meal (they did take my soup off.) Very disappointing experience.

Service was very poor. Music way too loud. Menu selections were not very good—in fact not anything to even think about. Menu that previous owners had was much better.

We had a wonderful dinner there last night. It was the short rib was unbelievable. Maybe one of the best I've ever had in a restaurant and the salmon was great. Everybody loved their dinner. The meatloaf was great. We really really enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. She was there with water all the time and as an added bonus because we ate early, we were able to order happy hour drinks and save some money so all in all it was a great very good value experience
I found the food to be subpar at best. Very limited menu usually excites me as they do a few things but do them well. But the Nachos were made with som. kind of pump cheese that was coagulated and kinda gross and the burger while not terrible was far from special. With all the amazing food in Napa this would not make any list. I really got the impression this is run by an owner that is treading water to get out of a lease or hoping someone else will pay him for the location which is awesome.

We had a party of 10. They kindly seated us in a private room. Music was a little loud but they promptly lowered volume when asked. Service was great. Everyone liked the food. Grilled peach salad with burrata was sooo good!

Our dinner reservation was early, 6:30 PM, and the restaurant had already run out of mussels and asparagus. There was hardly anyone seated inside the restaurant and maybe three tables full on the patio. My husband had the shrimp Alfredo pasta and enjoyed it very much. I ended up with mac ‘n' cheese and green goddess salad. Meh. Service was good. Our server was extremely apologetic, but who runs out of food before the dinner rush even starts?
