Tucked away in the Silverado Shopping Center, my wife and I stopped by for a quick breakfast, and we were very pleasantly surprised.
We comfortably split and order of their chilaquiles with the tomatillo salsa and added chorizo. I also got their daily agua fresca which was tamarind today, and it was perfect and refreshing!
To top it off, this is a locally owned place ran by college age local students. We love supporting local, and even if you’re just driving by or visiting, Nosh is 100% worth a stop.

Our favorite breakfast of our Napa trip! Our waitress let us test both sauces for the chilaquiles and still ordered both they were so good! We also shared a volavan with a Nutella and berry compote which was delicious!

Absolutely yes, 10/10, 5 starts, etc. Nosh Napa is simply amazing. The quality of the food is just as high as the service they provide. As soon as we walked into the door, we were welcomed with a smile. Love that the menu is simple because I think this allows the team to truly focus on the quality. On this occasion, I ordered the pancakes and my friend did as well (let's be honest I wanted to get the chilaquiles but I think a good sign to knowing if a place is good or not starts with the basics, and knowing myself, there was no way I was going to share pancakes, especially if it has a vanilla creme fraiche). The food was ready quickly and you can even see the detail in the photos. Even before I took a bite my tummy was happy. And they even served out some fresh jam to go with the pancakes. I can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu, especially the chilaquiles and their lunch items. And guess what? They have wifi for guests! This might just be my new work from home spot. Seriously, I couldn't ask for a better environment, good food and friendly staff.

I love this place. Staff is excellent. Avocado toast, delicious. Bean dip, exceptional (add salsa-my girl always remembers to add it for me because I forget :)). Music gives off a good vibe.

Absolutely delicious food! We particularly enjoyed the corn beef hash, just a heads up it’s a little sweet. My only disappointment is that this place isn’t closer to home so we could come more often.
The food here is fresh & delicious! The agua fresca was perfection. The service was also fantastic. Cesar was super kind, pleasant & helpful. And the restaurant was extremely clean. I highly recommend Nosh Napa to locals & visitors. You will not be disappointed!
