My first time at the restaurant. Over priced versus quality . $ 30 for a pizza margherita below average quality it's insane. Staff was nice . I would not recommend this place to eat pizza .

We were seated at the end of half booth facing the entrance door. The cushion is completely shot. There is a big dip as there's no more padding and I felt like I was sitting on a spring. Our waiter/bartender was very nice, attentive and personable. The food was very good although the shell pasta was too salty. Paparadelle was cooked perfectly al dente and the meat was nice and tender with good balanced sauce. My swordfish was delicious but the portion was very disappointing. It was basically 4 bites so I basically had had a frisée salad w/swordfish, not swordfish as the main course. The dish was swimming in the sauce. I was so disappointed with the puny portion.

Service was probably the worst I ever experienced at any restaurant. We basically had no server, the host took our order, it took 1 hour 25 minutes to receive starters. Then they told us that some of the starters were 86ed as they had run out of a few things. Then it took another 30 minutes to receive the main dishes, while other tables were being serviced fast. It took us 2 hours and 45 minutes in the restaurant to eat 3 appetizers, one pasta e one pizza. Terrible experience unfortunately.

The beet salad was yummy and a very generous portion. The ravioli was also very good, and none left over to take home. My husband had the steak, which was a filet mignon (a real treat for the price).

The food was as good as it has ever been. It was loud, but that's normal. Service was a little slow because the kitchen was backed up with pizza orders. However, the food was worth the wait. We had a great time!

Have dined here numerous times and the service and food are consistently delicious. We did, however, experience a hiccup with the hostess on this visit. When we arrived on time for our reservation we were seated at a table close to the front door. With it being cold and rainy outside as well as a busy night, we asked if we could be seated at a table further from the door that was empty. The hostess refused stating it was reserved for another guest. Despite enjoying a leisurely meal, the guest for the other table never appeared and several other four tops opened up. It seems the hostess could be better trained.

We were a party of six - two of which were our grandkids. One ordered the $$$ steak. It didn't arrive until well after the rest of us received and finished our meals. The waitress barely apologized, gave us no discount and was not at all helpful or very polite. I waitressed for 16 years and would've BENT OVER BACKWARDS to apologize and be nice and try to salvage the experience. She just said she was really busy.

We arrived early and they were able to seat us. Everyone was friendly - but it went downhill from there. The first drinks ordered took almost 15 minutes to arrive. Others that wanted to order drinks had to wait about the same time to get their orders in (but those drinks arrived fast). The first course was a little slow as were the mains and it never felt like anyone was checking on it - we were kind of forgotten. Then one of the pizzas didn't show with the mains. When someone came to clear the now empty plates we mentioned it. Five minutes later we were told it hadn't been ordered and would be done pronto. It was and then I could see it sat for over five minutes at the kitchen area as no one seemed to know whose table it belonged to. We ended up there for about 2 hours 15 minutes watching others come and go. I had planned on leaving only a small tip only to get the final insult - our family group of six people was considered a "large group" and an automatic tip of 20% was added to our bill bringing it to $630! Other than the food being fine, nothing redeeming about the evening.

This is an understated restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Everything is made in-house with fresh ingredients and it shows. The thin crust Margherita pizza was classic and perfect for lunch. To finish we had olive oil lemon-cake with sour cherries, which was a perfect ending to the lunch. We also ordered pappardelle with meat sauce to-go: the noodles were tender and the sauce flavorful: we found it was enough for two. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Napa and we will return on our next visit.

We shared the meatballs, pickled vegetables, & Busa for dinner. It was all delicious and the portions were generous! Two of us couldn’t finish it all. Our servers were attentive & the old fashioned was well made! Would definitely return.

Meatballs & Busa pasta were delicious! Generous portions. Great cocktails & wine. Attentive staff. Would eat there again!

Delicious food!!! Super noisy due to several tables with large groups, but we love the happy vibe.

Lovely experience. Our server Craig was marvellous. Very personal and passionate about his job.

Wonderful dining experience. I always come here before a show at Uptown Theater and it is always great. I loved their blueberry gin drink specials. Both my friend and I had the pappardelle ragu and it was delicious. We also had their Parmesan polenta as our appetizer. For dessert we had the caramel coconut cheese puffs and they were marvelous! I keep thinking about them and want to go back for more. It was Saturday night and they were very busy and it was a little noisy. When I have been on a weekday, I have never noticed the noise. If you are looking for a great place to eat, you can't beat Oenotri. Reservations recommended.
