The staff were warm and inviting. Our waitress was awesome. The food needs improvement. Pizza too greasy. Had to ask for seasoning for fish I.e. crushed pepper. Overall it was satisfactory

Arrived for our 5:30 reservation so we'd have time to eat before our 7PM concert. Server appeared at 5:50 and took our drink order. Got one drink wrong (asked for on the rocks, martini came up). Ordered food, took 20 minutes for salad to arrive - Caesar with squid ink dressing totally dull, wilted, uninteresting, almost inedible. Server told us the asparagus was coming, we told him we didn't order asparagus, we ordered artichokes. Time running out but artichokes arrived, not bad. Salmon arrived at 6:50 so barely had time to eat it. Too bad since it was pretty good. Got out of there just in time, still chewing my salmon. Overall a terrible experience.

Good overall experience very accommodating for our two toddler grandchildren. Our server was professional and super nice. One suggestion is that they give bread with their pasta dishes which they did not. Pasta and drinks were good.

The service quality was so bad, and the staff were rude. In a chic restaurant, they always give a heads-up to get the last call orders. But in here, the waitress asked if we wanted anything else first, and when we tried to order more food, we were told the kitchen was closed!!!! So if the kitchen was closed, why are you asking if we want more food, and why didn't you give a heads up? I won't come to this place never ever again!

The hostess started off the great night by recognizing we were celebrating a birthday. The server (Eula) was excellent and also recognized and wished my wife a happy birthday. Great meal for both of us. Nice background music that wasn't too loud. Efficient and friendly staff.

Olive and Hey has a nice traditional Italian menu. But each dish has a gourmet flair. The service was excellent and each person who came by my table gave me a personal greeting and attention. They gave me a glass of wine as well as a lovely dessert since I was celebrating my birthday. The restaurant is large, with a trendy decor, but when full was very noisy. That detracted from a relaxing dining experience. Food was prepared with fresh, high quality ingredients. It could have used a little more salt. The rigatoni was perfectly al dente.

The food was good. The coffee was disappointing. It was weak and just tasted like something you would get at Denny's. Our waiter sort of disappeared. When we were done eating, we sat for 20 minutes after our table was cleared trying to catch his attention so we could pay our tab and go. 
Fabulous experience! Food was excellent and service from Wilburt and team was truly exceptional. I am already looking forward to my next visit
