I came here to get my nails done for my wedding. I did not have a positive experience. I showed the technician a picture of exactly what I wanted, and he said it was not a problem. Fast forward to it being done, and lo and behold, it had NO glitter as previously agreed upon. When I asked him if it was possible to add some on, he had such a bad attitude. My first time going to this salon per recommendation, I had a great experience. All of the staff was super friendly. I had my toddler (which I wouldn't recommend bringing) but they were super kind and didn't give me the "side eye" glare that most people when you take your kid in public places. They were very fast and professionally and gave me just what I wanted. Additionally they have very fair prices! Definitely recommend going here.

This place has horrible customer service and their manager is only there on Sunday! My nails turned out nothing how I wanted them to and my friends didn't really either! I called to see if I could come in and get the ones that chipped fixed and the guy who answered the phone called me many foul names! I would not recommend this place to my enemy.
