Went to Panda today and was overcharged & now feel sick after eating. Been going to this panda for years and not sure what happened but it’s pretty gross recently. I’m sad b/c it is my fave fast food. It’s probably better to door dash than to go in person, at least that way you might get your whole order or go through door dash for refund on items not received.

Still the best Chinese food in Napa considering the price and freshness of the food. Can't ever go wrong with a Panda Express for consistency and value. This panda is always busy. The best way to order if you know what you want is to do it online. Otherwise you risk having to wait in a lengthy line. Parking maybe challenging at times as it is somewhat limited in front and the lot is shared with Starbucks. Inside seating is adequate with fixed tables and counter space by the front windows. Service is consistently fast and friendly.

So happy to see that added new drink options. Unfortunately, when I asked for a large Lychee peach with no ice they proceeded to say I could only get half of the cup filled if I didn’t want ice. Their excuse was “it’s too sweet”. How ridiculous, as a customer, I shouldn’t have to get half of a drink I’m paying for only because I don’t want ice added. It’s already a cold drink.

the food was good but the manager is evil she’s mean to everyone, Panda Express should really get a new manager because she’s soooooooo rude to everyone and treats everyone horribly, she should either change her little raggidy attitude or be fired.

I really loved coming here about 4-5 years ago. I don't know what happened I moved out of town and came back but the employees look miserable they absolutely do not give you a good portion of food, I would compare it to a bag of chips where they give you half air on top of that a young lady stared and me while I was first in line not even a "hello" or a "what can I get you" just a stare I felt so uncomfortable then I had a young gentleman scoop my food again not a good portion as before but I asked for a side of cream cheese rangoons the gentleman tried serving me the burnt looking ones and I very nicely asked if I could pick the ones I wanted. Needless to say he half rolled his eyes at me. Panda Express 1. Fill atleast the bowls or plates Atleast to the line of the box. 2. At least train and encourage your employees to say hello and make your customers like you value them at least a pinch. And last 3. If you wouldn't eat it why the heck would you serve it to somebody. All in all I've been contemplating posting this but this used to be great. It's sad to see them do this horrible.

I don't know what's worse waiting in line for fast food or waiting in line for Panda Express given that your food is already prept I'd expect you to have it out rather quickly but instead you stand and wait around these employees are lazy and look like they're just around for the money don't get me wrong work is work but you should have some sort of work ethic and these people don't have it.
