I recently visited this Panera location and had an unpleasant experience. Upon arriving, I needed to use the restroom before placing my order. However, a staff member told me that restrooms were only available for paying customers and that I had to buy something first.
I understand that some places have policies regarding restroom access, but this felt unwelcoming and unnecessary—especially since I am a "PANERA MEMBER" and was planning to dine there. A restaurant should prioritize customer comfort, and this policy made me feel unwelcome before I even had a chance to order.
Because of this, I decided to take my business elsewhere. A little more kindness and flexibility in customer service would go a long way.

It was my first time going here today. The food that I ate was really good! I didn't know if they offered crackers to go with soup. So I asked. They don't. But I was given the option to get a free bag of 🥔 chips. I was truly impressed by that kind gesture. I crushed them up & in the 🍲 they went.

I love their food, but the portion sizes you get served for the price are ridiculous. $8.50 for 4oz of Mac? It's like 50cents per noodle?? I understand inflation but this is crazy. You can buy it from the grocery store for $6 for 16oz. The least they can do is fill these cups up to the top.
Also, my Potato Soup was just spoonfuls of cheese. Weird.

I love Panera Bread because it’s the perfect place to grab a meal while getting work done. The free Wi-Fi and relaxed atmosphere make it easy to focus, and I can always count on a good cup of coffee and a delicious meal to fuel me through the day. Their soup and sandwich combos are always tasty, and the people working here are super friendly. I can spend hours here without ever feeling rushed.

I asked her for the code to the door of the restroom and she refused me, saying first to make an order in this place, but I also wanted to do it so much, but after visiting the restroom, because I had no strength to endure it. extremely dismissive attitude towards the customer and towards the staff working in this place from the manager
