Ordered a ny style large pepperoni pizza. Literally the first item is pepperoni. Got home thinking pepperoni under the cheese? Nope left off. What bothered me is when I called questioning no opology, simply we have a couple new people and you can bring back for a refund. What’s wrong with this picture

Never get my order right. I ordered online and it’s like they can’t read. I made a custom pizza and had a service delivered cause I couldnt go grab it and it wasn’t correct. And they wouldn’t answer their phones 15 minutes to close. Had to throw it away because it had something I couldn’t eat on it.

Stopped by because of the new calzone special because no was available to answer the phone. I was told sorry we are out! Gave another try and called this time to verify if they had calzones a week later, but I was placed on hold for 7 minutes and never heard back from anyone. I called again and was hung up on. I gave a last try and was put on hold with no one again caring that I was on hold to place an order or ask a question. 4th call someone answered I questioned them on calzones and again out! not going to give another try. Customer service is lacking and please don’t advertise an item you don’t have.

Disappointed with the customer service at this location today. Called to put in an order and they disconnected me instead of putting me on hold. Called me back and they immediately put me back on hold. When I was ordering the pizza, the person rushed to take my order and ended up getting the size wrong. When I arrived to pick it up, employee was on his phone. Took me saying something for him to turn around and actually get to work. Didn’t even put the instructions in the pizza. Not the end of the world but annoying nonetheless. You can do better.

When specifically asking for LIGHT RED SAUSE….. I don’t want to bit into a 5 gallon bucket of sauce… if light sauce means it stills poors out of your mouth then that’s not “light sauce”
