We had been there multiple times through the years. This time we made reservations for Monday evening. Apparently as of Friday, two days before, they had switched to a fixed menu only of multiple courses. While they had sides, they wouldn't let us order them. Since we were fairly full, we said, we'd just split the fixed menu, but they wouldn't allow that either! A transition period? Notification that things have changed? Some level of customer service given they...
Portions were well sized. The service was really good. It was my fault that I didn't realize they only had a pre-fixed menu. The others in my party had no problems with the food choices. I couldn't eat one of the 4 servings.
We had Thanksgiving dinner at the restaurant with my wife and our two kids, and everything was truly excellent. The food was great, the service was outstanding, and we really appreciated everyone being there on Thanksgiving, away from their own families, to take care of ours. Our server, David, was fantastic, and Alejandro was also wonderful. They both made us feel welcomed and took such good care of our kids and their special needs.
