This has always been my go to place for caffeine in Napa. Before a hike, breaky, or wine slogging I go here. The new remodel is awesome and the service is always stellar. Plenty of parking in this wonderful shopping plaza.

I waited for 15 min just to get my coffee wrong. I had to refund it because I couldn’t wait any longer. I love Peets but worst service by far.

These people do not know how to make a café macchiato. When I asked if they could make macchiato coffee with no caramel sauce, and they said sure, I ordered 2... well it was kind of a latte in a smaller cup. It was maybe a 2 shot latte with some foam. I gave it back and told them that it wasn't what I had ordered. They didn't offer to correct the order... these places, just like Starbucks, have very little knowledge of coffee and the tattooed, nose pierced barista was rude. We were out shopping and I thought it would be nice to have a cup made for us instead of running home to have it. I ended up having to make a real macchiato at home, and I am including a photo. I will say that I used Peet's Coffee beans that we ground expressly at the moment and the coffee was great... it's just sad that a place that specializes in coffee doesn't know how to make something as simple as a macchiato.

A bit different interior than the Yoruba cloth I'm used to seeing it the large pictures of people from other coffee regions is a breath of fresh air! Cannot argue with the exceptional service and quickness. The feel is still very much Peet's and Love that familiarity.

Open early, which was a blessing. I arrived at 5:45 and found them open and ready, though I was the only customer inside for a while. Comfortable seating near the back and I set up my laptop on this Sunday morning. A few Yelp reviews later and the Sun is up. Time to explore.Coffee was very good and well prepared. The baristas here were friendly and helpful. In the two hours I was sitting, I did not hear any customers with order problems. That's a good thing.Parking: Easy parking for the Sprinter van today.

Unfortunately this is the only Peetes coffee in Napa. It used to be an awesome place to get coffee. Now customer service are horrible- female baristas are rude af & have attitudes. coffee are not fresh & not strong. drinks are bland/watery. They used milk even when the order was lactose free, lied about it & made me sick. i saw them used almond milk when i ordered oats. Place is not clean & one regular guy customer wearing scrubs prey/ try to pick up on young women customers. Waste of $$$.

I love their Horchata Oat Iced Coffee! This place is great, however their tables are really small. I usually go to do homework/study, but their small tables limits me on how much I can work on. Parking can be a pain as it's in a shopping center but I like that they're one of the few that stay open until "late" since most close super early.
Seasonal JAVA Coffee was not my favorite; however, it was hot and fresh brewed. The facilities and service were great.

When I am out and about and I in need of caffeine, I prefer to go to Peet's whenever possible. They do not have five stores within a hundred yards of each other so it's nice when I spot one driving around. Their coffee is always fresh and the service is exceptional!

It is newly remodeled. Coffee is still great, but the new lighting is warehouse-like fluorescent; too bright early in the morning. Ended up sitting outdoors instead to enjoy natural daylight.

What is up with these ratings?? Peets is the best coffee in the world! I always get a couple shots of espresso over ice and it is the best tasty treat! I put a little sweetener and a little cream, and I am in heaven! And only one point on Weight Watchers!
