We felt right at home talking to Erin on the phone getting a last minute reservation, and then talking to the owner who told us all about the grape growing, and then speaking to Bay, the wine expert and had some great conversations! Erin was the most amazing host! We really enjoyed our wine tasting with them, where they indeed took the time to show us their property and tell us more about their wines and their history. All wines were phenomenal, but our favorite was the Cabernet Franc. Highly recommended!

My first Napa winery experience with family and this was the best experience yet! It wasn't just about the wine (which was very good by the way), it way Bay (our host)! He was not just educational but hilarious. He completely understood the group he was hosting, and ensured we had the best napa experience with a little fun history and stories along the way. If you don't stop here while you are visiting you are missing out!!

My husband and I selected Reid Family Vineyards as a stop during our first Napa Valley visit solely because of the name. We were so happy we stumbled upon this small family vineyard. Bay gave us a personal tour of the vineyard, ending with a private tasting. There were delicious snacks and the wines were fantastic. We absolutely loved the quaint, personalized nature of the visit and tasting. 100% recommend Reid Family Vineyards on any Napa trip! Bay is truly amazing at what he does and was so fun!

Our wine tasting and tour at Reid Family Vineyards was without a doubt our best wine experience, and we have been visiting Napa, Sonoma, and other parts of the world for many years. As others have said, Bay is a welcoming host with a great sense of humor. The stand up comedy was almost as good as the wine. And Zelda the wonder dog is entertaining as well. She sets the bar high for wine dogs.
The wines are excellent. I am not usually a Merlot fan, however, the Bay's Merlot is a winner. The other wines were excellent as well. We joined the wine club. This is a refreshingly not-glitzy, friendly, family business. We look forward to return visits.

If you ever get the chance to do a tasting at Reid Family Vineyards - do it! Bay was our guide at the vineyard and tasting room, son of the owners, and he was so funny and entertaining. Bay kept us laughing the whole time we were there, from out in the vineyard through our tasting experience. The wine was fantastic, the tasting fun, and the whole experience was great. Each wine is named after a beloved family member, and all of them we tried were fantastic

How have I not reviewed Reid before? Talk about incredible wines and wonderful humans! A secret little gem in Napa that we hoped not too many people don’t find out about. ;) We absolutely love their wines, the intimate experience and of course the people! Bay, Erin, Zelda (the pug) and Kirkwood (AKA Mr. Reid) are welcoming, gracious and funny hosts. We visited Reid several years ago when I was seeking out boutique wineries and boy did we hit the jackpot. Don’t forget to ask Bay to play a song for you. I honestly can’t say enough great things about Reid- don’t miss it!!
Bay was truly one of the funniest, most personable hosts we had on our 2- day tour. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer b/c we were a little late and had another appointment after. We really enjoyed the wine, hearing about the family, and even getting a couple of songs in with him. Thank you, Bay for being so welcoming and entertaining. We loved the wine and the time we spent with you!

This is one of the best wineries we visited in Napa - the wines were excellent, great pairings, and great hospitality. Bay was a fun host who was personable and knowledgeable. We spent 4 nights in Napa and were taken to the Reid Family Vineyard by Damon with Bliss Wine Tours. It was our favorite out of the 7 different wineries that we visited while there. The grounds were beautiful and Bay was a wonderful host it was like hanging out with a family friend. We met his lovely wife and precious baby girl. Princess Zelda, the wonder pup, also made an appearance. The girls loved the wine and we all loved the story behind it We bought a few bottles and signed up for the wine club before we left. We love supporting family-centric businesses and this one particularly resonated with us. We wish them continued success and cannot wait for our first shipment.
