A hot day and too warm inside the parlor.2 staff working,no ice tea,beverage dispenser had 3 out of order signs taped on front of 3 types of beverage, (not good)No water from bev. dispenser,had to purchase bottled water, $$.Medium pizza, thin crust(standard)a little burned on the edges, better check your ovens.4 toppings, (skimpy) get this $34.00 for pizza & 2 waters, plus an extra tip, CAUSE we felt SORRY for the staff.This owner really needs to STEP-UP HIS/HER OR (?) GAME!! IN OTHER WORDS, STOP BEING A SLUM BOSS!!!Pizza was ok,but, hey $34.00??!!PIZZA GUYS has my VOTE?

In general, I can't believe you have not hired more employees to cover your stores in Napa. I tried to order on my phone and I got a answering service. You should be ashamed of yourselves by not having local delivery employees. Your staff is minimal and you source out to delivery services instead of hiring more staff like it used to be shame on you.you have lost my business completely

I have a pretty common and simple name, right? It's spelled the exact same way in multiple languages, even. But they still managed to misspell it. That's how 'high-functioning' the employees were. Very "grim" vibe here overall. And the pizza is a rip-off. Their "large" is a medium anywhere else. $33 before tax and tip for the equivalent of 5 regular slices total. Enough for 2. In terms of fast food takeout pizza the flavor was fine, but, I'll pass.

I ordered my pizza online and showed up to a line at the door with no one in the back filling orders. The service was horrible. Half my order was not fulfilled and they “didn’t know” how to give me a refund. I will not be returning to this facility.

I had ordered a personal pizza and wings around 8:10, the app said it was going to be ready around 8:45. I went to pick up the pizza around 8:38. They were closed, I'm pretty sure they close at 9 like how it says online and on their website. They called me around 8:30 but left no voicemail, I was busy so I couldn't answer. I saw the cashier at the register and let her know that I had an online order and she told me I would be refunded. My only complaint is please update the time, so my time won't be wasted at all.

Christina hung up on me because I told her the order I placed to be delivered to my mom's place of work for her birthday was burnt. She argued and said she personally made the food and she knows for a fact everything was made properly. She said she'd refund my order and hung up on me and then took 5 minutes letting the phone ring before she picked up the second time. Customer service is s****

I placed a pick up order at this store. I made sure I was calling the Round Table Pizza on Lincoln which is this one. I get there and they said they didn't have my order? So they went ahead and called the Round Table Pizza on Solano Ave. and they said they had it... I was late to an appointment because of this. I'm not sure if numbers are mixed up or if orders get transferred to other restaurants but this isn't okay! Fix this now!!! Be careful everyone, don't trust this place with your pick up order or else you might make a trip across town!
Recently I came to visit my grandparents in Napa area. This specific Round Table Pizza is a walking distance from their home. I decided to just order at the store. When I arrived, I was instantly greeted by a kind woman by the name Katie. The inside of the store was completely spot less and so was the salad bar. I just want to say how lucky I was to come to this location. I honestly had the best customer service at this location than the one from home. I have an app with RTP and I wanted to redeem a free medium 1-topping pizza apart from ordering a large combination and 12 twists. For some odd reason my redeemable pizza wasn't working so Katie took the direct measures to have this coupon applied. I also asked if the twists could be 1/2 garlic parmesan and 1/2 cinnamon. Katie was overall just a sweet gal and understands how to take peoples orders. My order was AMAZINGLY FRESH :) even with some steam. yummmyy. I forgot to tell Katie that my order was for carry out. She was so kind and said no worries well box it up for you. I don't think people understand that the person at the counter taking your order really reflects how successful a business is. Katie is just a one of kind person and she really shows the true meaning of customer service (friendly, alert, genuine, and productive) RTP is lucky to have her. I will be returning to this location without a doubt. (Also if any manager sees this please let Katie know that I am sorry for not tipping her but when I go back to Napa I will be stopping by to give her a tip!) ( I didn't have extra change because I paid in cash) Not only that but just in general the food was made with the best recipe ever....LOVE :) thank you RTP you will be seeing me again!

Very Honest Pizza! I ordered the Lunch Special, hoping for a tasty meal. Got it. Service was excellent. Restaurant was spotless. Next time I'll be ordering a yummy salad.Good Eats ****

I order a pizza and some breadsticks. The wait time was normal, it was like 50 mins. That's fine. So I pick up the food. The lady was very nice at the counter and got my food right away but when I got home, I only live down the street. The pizza was not even warm and the breadsticks was hard and cold. I was disappointed, I been to both round tables in Napa and every time I go there it's either cooked fine but cold or it's hot but it's all burnt. Truly it's sad on the quality of food there. It didn't used to be like that.I will be going to other places because of the price you spend, it better be cooked right. So I won't recommend this place, sad to say.

1 young lady by herself. At 5p. No one in the back helping making pizza,or delivery. I ordered at 5p. Didn't get it until 630p itv sld of been a 30 minutes. And I was the 2nd person in line. A black guy TALKING to himself, putting his hands in all THE SALAD EATING IT . 1 GUY SHOWED UP AT 6P TO START MAKING PIZZA. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. HOW CAN THEY LET 1 YOUNG LADY RUN IT BY HERSELF.
