Rochelle is a fantastic host. This people are rebuilding their vineyard building and warehouse from a devastating fire. Their wine is out of this world, great cabernet sauvignon.

My mother and I did the Padrone Tasting today and it was phenomenal. The wine and cheese board was excellent, but what stood out most was Rochelle’s hospitality. Rochelle guided us through tasting these lovely wines, while also making it a relaxing and comfortable experience, like you were at home. Tried the 2013 Estate Cabernet tonight. Spectacular. Deep, structured, incredibly complex with soft tannins. Lots of earthy nose and pallet, with good fruit and camphor notes. Need to find a case of this.

What a wonderful afternoon with an outstanding wine educator. Signorello is a small family winery and everyone does everything. As a result they know all aspects of the business and have much to share. The wines are unique and following the loss of their facility in last year's fire they are truly rising out of the ashes with exciting new plans to complement their outstanding wines.
