There food remains the same- GOOD. They have added soft serve vanilla, chocolate or swirl of both, which was very good. BUT it was served in a short plastic cup only 2/3 full for $5.00!!!!! At most there was a faint 1/2 cup of product if that. $2.00 would have been fair for that amount. It was so good I'd rather pay the 5 and get more in a bigger cup - filled.

Squeezeburger with cheese is a burger experience not to be missed. Recommended and beloved by locals. Superb griddle burgers with excess cheese that melts out into a halo of goodness. Reasonable prices for anywhere not just the wine country location. Good beer and wine too. Do not pass up a chance to dine in and eat them right off the flat top; sizzling hot is best.

If you can find a place in Napa with worse customer service and attitude I'd like to know where it is because it would be hard to beat the attitude here. I went in tonight a little before 8. I wasn't sure how long they were open so I asked if they were still cooking. The guy sweeping the floor, Juan, grunted and nodded yes, so I ordered. I order a beer, burger, and fries. I sat at the counter and they poured my beer and sat it on the counter three seats away. Finally Diego, one of the employees, pointed it out. Ya think he could have brought it over, nope. I was sipping my beer when he boxed up my food and put it in a bag? Really? He told me they close at 8, it was 8:04. Okay, I get it, you want to go home. I should have been told this when I ordered, particularly when I was served a beer in a glass, which obviously I'm not taking with me. I went into their courtyard and had to balance my food on a 2x4 rail as they had brought the tables inside. While I was eating my to go container with some fries fell off the rail. Oh well, by then I was doing a slow burn and I decided to leave it there. I threw away my napkins and left, leaving the fries and my beer glass on the rail. Never, never ever have I done this before. I've worked in food service. I've managed retail. These guys used to be welcoming, friendly, enjoyable. The past few times I've been in there the attitude has gone from awful to worse. Never again. I'll go next door to Grocery Outlet and get a pizza before I'll subject myself to the rude and somewhat hostile behavior from this crew. If you want a burger, hit Red Rock Cafe. For a few dollars more you will get a high quality burger that puts this to shame, without the attitude. Take a look at the reviews, good and bad. I haven't found one that has a response from the owner or manager. They don't care.

We came here after seeing the stellar reviews online and were not disappointed! Delicious food and also phenomenal service.
We wanted to order a bunch of different menu items to try and share. The cook was very nice and even cut everything in half for us and put them on two different plates.
