Beautiful rooms with outdoor showers and patios. There’s noisy construction nearby and a busy freeway which meant there was a lot of noise. Food at the restaurant was average, at best. Check your bill — I was double charged for in-room food and drinks. Customer service was mixed — some wonderful staff and also some rude, short staff. Overall, it was OK but think there are better options out there.

One of the most beautiful resorts. The hotel is located in one of the most breathtaking locations. All the staff were so wonderful. The spa is exquisite and the so is the staff. It’s a great place to get a European custom facial from biologique recherche, you should try it. Loved everything about this place ?

Posting mid-stay bc I can’t seem to get a response. Checked in, amazing staff, very nice and accommodating. So far so good.Room had worms all over the floor, not just alive but also dead and dried and clearly not cleaned. It had rained so I guess I can excuse some of it, but the dried and smushed ones were gross. opted to clean that myself since I didn’t want to wait in middle of night.Second, no hot water. Called and they told me to press the button. Granted, there is one button on shower and I had already pressed it. Didn’t work. No button on sinks or bath and all had no hot water. Phone staff could have been a bit more understanding.Got double charged for in room dining as well.Room is otherwise nice though, property seems unique and beautiful. Staff who checked us in were great. No complaints there.It’s the lack of initiative to fix problems that really shouldn’t be happening to begin with.

I organized my wife’s 50th birthday for appetizers, dinner and overnight. The event planning team was incredibly responsive. The attention to detail was outstanding, everything from the welcome desk , to the birthday cake in the room, to the champagne glasses, and wine. The dinner and ambience is incredible. The rooms are modern, spacious and perfectly stocked, and the property incredibly well kept. Kudos to the Auberge teams and staff.

I loved loved loved staying at Stanly Ranch for a few days. The property is just gorgeous, even on those cold January days. Lots of native plants and the whole place smelled like lavender. My room was really homey feeling. Soundproofed well and lots of amenities. I appreciated the outdoor gas firepit and heated bathroom floors. Fitness center was HUGE and a nice place to workout with great views. Spa had a sauna, steam room, salt room (?), hyperbaric chamber, and some weird torture device. Every staff person I encountered was pleasant and friendly. They were eager to help and made the stay really nice. Restaurants onsite were great, open early (7am!) and late (10pm). Closeby to outlet malls and downtown Napa by car (6-7 min). Wish I could have stayed longer to take part in more of the offerings they had (falconry, mustard greens tours, cocktail classes, etc).

A daily resort fee of USD 70 plus tax will be added to the room rate!! Just add it to the base room rate. Stop playing games with pricing. Resorts should never charge a "resort fee".
Spent 2 nights at the resort. Overall experience was excellent. Had a relaxing and refreshing stay! The rooms were clean and cozy. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

My 2nd time here. Everything is amazing from the minute you pull up to this lovely hotel. Check-in was an easy - glass of wine, tea or cider offered, and someone to drive us to our room. The nice gentleman gave us a quick walk through of how to use everything in our room. The room is well appointed, spotless and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the heated floors in the bathroom are all nice touches. One of the best spa experiences I've ever had and my husband said his massage was top tier. We had lunch and dinner at Bear and it was also flawless. I had the trout and it was cooked to perfection. My husband had the Wagyu burger and it was also delicious. Make sure you order the crudo and beet salad as a starter. Both were light, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. What really left a lasting impression with my husband and I was seeing how genuinely happy all of the staff were. You can tell they truly enjoy working at Stanly Ranch. We chatted with a few of the waitstaff, bartenders and people on the property - everyone was laughing, they all seemed close and they were so kind. We will definitely be back again.
