Awful experience here. Placed a mobile order and it estimated 10-12 minutes. Went in at 10 minutes and my two drinks were ready, but food was not. The person said it's being made. I watched person after person order and get their food and leave. Someone came and asked what I was waiting for and I said food, and they said oh it's being made. Didn't even check. 25 min later I asked again and they said oh someone must have taken your order, we will remake it. So waited again and they rushed to make it (it was very crowded in the store by then) and then they forgot one item and didn't give me the bottles of water I ordered but I was in a rush to go by this point I didn't check. They kind of just thrust a handful of items at me and rushed back to making orders. Definitely understaffed and unprepared location.

I just came there. Everything said it opens at 5. It was 5:12. Doors were locked. Employees saw me try to open the door and ignored me. The sign on the door said they opened at 5. They didn’t show me any other signs saying their hours were different or show me where to go if there was another door unlocked. I don’t understand, but walking in the rain to and from and not getting coffee is super annoying.

I visit this place regularly, and every time it feels as if I’m begging for service. No greeting, no smile, no kind words—just a deliberate display of disrespect. This shop, located in the heart of the Napa downtown and attracting tourists, should represent professionalism and courtesy. Instead, it’s the complete opposite. It’s as if the staff don’t even know how to smile. If you can’t manage a simple smile, then don’t run a shop.
Staff in here is miserable. I can’t speak for every one of them but I have rarely not had a rude person, who also couldn’t care less about doing a good job.

We arrived 2 mins before 6pm, wanted to order a coffee and got turned away? Is it normal to shut down before the listed business hours of operation? Perhaps just in Napa?
