It’s rare that I go inside a Starbucks around opening time. I shouldn’t have assumed just b/c they barely opened,, the energy from the staff would be nothing but on point, I guess that’s was on me. I’m pretty sure she’s a manager too that took my order with the bright red lipstick & bright aqua hair, if you don’t like your job or working in the early mornings then you should communicate that with your supervisor or find a job that would make you smile. The service was better at the Starbucks on First st and Main st so I will go there from now on. I’m also new to Napa area so it was my first time at this location. 6:20ish 1/16/25

The team was very quick. I didn't know some locations recyle certain size cups. I was able to sit outside and comfortably make a phone call. The inside lobby had a lot of foot traffic going on; some people had huge doggos and others were working on their computers.

very very rude customer services this is the second time... I wrote I review on a survey the first time about my service and went again to buy some drinks and when I walked in they stared at me and were talking and laughing staring at me seen they knew i had wrote a review and my previous visit , I approached one of the managers and told her about the other situation and I told her it's obvious you guys have a problem by the fact you guys are staring at me and she said,, " the fact that you wrote a bad review about the customer service and your stilling coming to buy at starbucks" !!!! this is the only starbcuks I have been disrespected and have had my drinks wrong!!! Starbucks should really hire people that love to work there and enjoy customer service..... Very disappointing..
