They were so rude! I walked in and waited by the front counter to order and not one person approached me. I even asked if it was a Mobile Order story only and they still continued to ignore me. Finally after about 5 minutes of them ignoring me, one of the barista’s asked if I’ve been helped and i told her no. She then proceeded to take my order. This was unacceptable and beyond rude. I wouldn’t return.

The people who work at this establishment have always made amazing tasting stuff be it coffee or breakfast sandwiches, however the sandwiches always fall apart and more of the cheese is stuck to the wrapper. They never secure the lids to the cups and unfortunately for me, today while putting my cup in the cup holder the coffee spilt all over my left leg and left hand, leaving me scalded, burned and in immense pain. These employees need to practice better work ethic and see that when they fail at their job people get hurt. I will be contacting management.

Slow service, rude employees and burnt coffee. That’s what you’ll get coming here. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get a coffee when I’m the only one in line at 6am.
