I just moved back to Napa and wanted to start using this Starbucks as my go-to but I am going to have to find a different Starbucks in the area. Last week my drink was wrong, I requested extra pumps of caramel syrup and I very obviously received cinnamon instead (it was a caramel macchiato so there should be no cinnamon). I chalked it up to a one time mistake. This morning I ordered a mocha with extra pumps of caramel and there is clearly no caramel syrup and it tastes like water! I did notice it was the same girl making the drinks both days. She needs to be retrained.

The homeless situation at this starbucks is out of control. Management needs to do something about the people who don't buy anything yet take over the patio outside and are often malodorous, loud, leave trash everywhere and the table sticky, and even get aggressive and threatening at times. An employee claimed they can't do anything about it even though they are starbucks's tables because the patio outside the store is the shopping center's property. I get not wanting to confront them because they are afraid of them, but management seriously needs to do something.

Everytime I get an order from Door Dash my Lattes are awful. Hardly any flavor in my Lattes even though I asked for extra Flavors. Happened 3 times in a row. Thanks a lot Starbucks on Trancas!!!

My wife and I used to be Napa residents and would always come to this specific starbucks with our children. We came to visit and decided to stop by. We were hoping to see our favorite Barista (Lupe) who we connected very well with last year but unfortunately wasn’t there! :( Good coffee overall, but their customer service needs A LOT of work.

It took over 20 minutes to get two sandwiches. They dont make them fresh, they come out of a plastic wrapper and are heated up inside a toaster oven. They served 3-4 people before I ever got my food. They never even checked in when they seen me waiting. Definitely makes me want to stick to drive through locations. If you are not a regular here, they do not treat you fairly.
