I am visiting from Miami, I am a everyday starbuck customer. I go in and placed my order througth the app, wanted to use the restroom and when I asked for the code for the door of the bathroom, the first response was, “you have to purchase”. So this is how we are doing customer service now? Not even sir I alpologize, I am so sorry, but the restrooms are exclusively for our customers, yo will need to place an order in order to use it. I do not know, I am not an specialist in customer service, but still do not know how you do it without making the customer seen as a a transaction. Good luck

Saw a gnat crawling on the pastries in the case. Told the girl about it and she said “yeaaaa” proceeded to continue talking to her coworker. Not very appealing to customers to have bugs crawling on display pastries.

4 partners working and not one acknowledging any guests..it’s not that hard to welcome people in or just say hi… I stood at register waiting for one of them to take my order.

We had to take a different route home because of a fire closure and found this delightful Starbucks in Napa. We sat outside in the shade with our 2 poodles, pup cups, and our delicious drinks enjoying a break from the road.
Parking: Unlimited parking in a shopping area.

The people who work here are super nice, but it's very disorganized. I ordered 3 drinks, 2 came out and it took 20mins for the last one which was just a basic frozen drink. I also ordered an iced mocha with almondmilk and it was by far the worst one I've ever had. It tasted like they poured water into the drink instead of almondmilk.
