Recently went here and ordered the Lavender creme Frapacino, I know the Frapaccino's are generally just sugar and milk but this one just tasted bad. It tasted like cheap chemicals masked by loads of sugar and was by far one of the worst drinks I've ever had. Now I learned my lesson not to branch out and try new drinks on the featured menu, still can't believe someone came up with this drink and thought it tasted good.

Trash employee with no customer service skills. I ordered a grande iced Carmel macchiato. When I received a drink it was in a venti cup . But it was not accidentally made as a venti, they just poured the grande drink into the cup and filled the empty space up with more milk. It tased like straight milk. No coffee. I went back to the counter and everyone was busy and no one asked me if I needed help . So I walked back over to the register. One of the ladies that was busy with drinks was now over there and looked at me and rolled her eyes and moved her head with quite the attitude asking me what I wanted. When I confronted her on why she was speaking to me this way she again had attitude and told me that she said it with an attitude because she just saw me standing over by the drinks and I didn’t say anything to her. YA BECAUSE YOUR HANDS WERE FULL OF DRINKS AND I WAS BEING RESPECTFUL! Plus you didn’t speak to me! Didn’t ask if I needed something . So I Walked to the resister so someone who wasn’t busy could help. There was no sorry, just attitude. Extremely disrespectful and rude .
Came in at 10 AM on Thanksgiving day with a mobile order. App quoted me 20 to 25 minute wait. Actual wait time: about five minutes. Good job Starbucks!

We were a group of 7 and we had our beverages at the restaurant. This location had seats inside and outside.The inside dining area was clean, but the outside had cups and trash on the ground and on some of the tables.Our drinks were good.They have a restroom inside, but you have to get the code from a barista to use it. I think that there were at least 4 or more employees working while we were there. I am not sure if it is their responsibility to clean the restroom, but it really needed to be cleaned.I am also not really sure how much I like the insert-cup-to-rinse and reuse machine.
There's not a lot of parking for a big trucks.
