I would've given a five-star rating across the board, if not for the language barrier that prevented some things from happening. But the employees were extremely courteous. The sandwich that I purchased tasted great. Overall, I was definitely pleased. But I think this particular location would do better if there were at least one employee that spoke English & one that spoke Spanish fluently.

Vegetarian options: There are several options here.

Dietary restrictions: A little bit of a language barrier. If you speak Spanish, they can explain it.

Parking: Maybe 20 spots.

Kid-friendliness: There's not a lot for kids to do inside the store. But they do have outdoor seating which is nice.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's easy to gain access into the store.

I forgive her that she treated me very rudely, racist. I ordered 10 sandwiches and he was upset. I couldn't buy everything because of such an arrogant attitude.

Ordered a 12” reg sub with roast beef with my toppings. At the register I asked for a medium soda she didn’t say anything but points to the empty cup holders(I thought she didn’t see it wai eked out walking out empty) paid for my food and “drink” when I asked for a cup she said I didn’t ask for a soda I said yes I did, didn’t get any drinks turns out my bf said their machine was broke. My bf behind me orders a sub then they ask him if he wants a soda! He didn’t get one cause I was just a little annoyed. The BIGGEST issue is I’m eating 3-4 bites of my sandwich I look and they only gave me 3 pieces of meat?!?!? So I walk inside thinking it’s a mistake and unfortunately they don’t speak any English when trying to explain why I only get 3 pieces, luckily for me the customer they were helping was able to translate and they said that 12” subs only get 2 pieces of meat that they are proportioned already and I shouldn’t actually only gotten 2 pieces not 3!!! Are you kidding me $13 for 2-3 pieces of meat is an absolute rip off! Anyways I ended up going to back out at the tables with my bf just angry about it then low and behold not 1but 2 customers were getting sodas after I was told it was broke. So I went back In wanting a refund again only taking 2-3 bites, again they don’t speak English so I had to call my friend to translate for me and they said that it’s what I ordered and they will not give me a refund. I asked about the soda machine and they wouldn’t even answer or not about it. I told them I will dispute the charge seeing I didn’t eat hardly any sandwich and came right back when there was a problem. At the end they said they would but they took my receipt so I don’t have record of it but there was no manager there to help with the situation or anything not sure if ill get a refund I’ve tried calling the store and they don’t take calls. Will be calling to dispute the charge. Not the best pic but was trying to show only 3 pieces of meat

Walked into an empty restaurant and an employee on his cellphone. He told me it would take 20 minutes to switch out everything in order to make a sandwich. Rude and unprofessional.

Basically all I am going to say is either get better employees for this store! Ones that aren’t RUDE and KNOW what their product is! If that doesn’t happen subway should just close this location!

This Subway has gone downhill fast. My sandwiches are are not made on time for pick up and I have to wait 10 minutes for them to make my sandwich. Today they didn't have my choice of bread and this is not the first time. I come here because it's convenient and close to my job since we are located in an industrial park. They used to be good. No more chances ... I'm done coming here.

Parking: Plenty of parking ... The only good thing.

I went in to ask for 2 medium drinks and 2 sandwiches. The lady at the front desk said OK and charge me for the meals. Then she told me to get 2 bottles of soda and then I said no I wanted the fountain drinks and THATS When she let me know that it didn't work. I told her I asked for 2 medium drinks she told me she charged me for 2 sodas. So I asked for my money back and my receipt. The lady behind the desk which spoke very little English could not understand me and refuse to give me either. I want my money back for everything. Please contact me Subway.
