I had the Huevos Rancheros, which was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food didn't take long, and the decor added some nice character. The prices were decent for the area.
A nove little breakfast nook in a town-and-country mall, Sunshine Café was a pleasant Monday morning experience.
The wait staff was fairly attentive, the food was well seasoned, and the price was higher than expected, but that might just be me getting old.

Really enjoyed the breakfast and hospitality of the Sunshine Cafe staff during both of our visits in the past week. The first breakfast was so good that we decided to come back and try a different dish. It didn’t disappoint. Especially enjoyed the Huevos Rancheros dish 🔥
