My husband and I were relocating a relative to the area and called in an order for pickup. When we picked up our order, it was totally wrong, with missing items (even though the order was repeated to us). We were disappointed and had to reorder half of our order. We've been to other Super Duper Burgers with no issues so not sure if they were just having an off day or if they need more training.

Wanted to retry SDB to see where they're at. Really wanted them to be good. Nice staff, clean, inviting environment, bad food. The food looks good but never delivers. Bland is pretty much the word of the day. Uninspired burger. The fries were the biggest disappointment. Undercooked and limp. Fresh garlic, though, so that was good. All in all disappointing and expensive. Wish it were different.
