Cute little boba place in a strip. Wanted something sweet while we waited for takeout. It’s very small but had a nice variety on their menu. I got their Okinawa milk tea with less sugar. A little pricey, but still tasty. The girl there let me use their boba pillow to take a picture on their cute photo wall.

I’m totally obsessed with this place! Napa has been needing a place like this. The drinks are so delicious. I love the coffee blended with boba. This one is the blended matcha with coconut which isn’t on the menu but they were totally cool with me creating a blend. The owner is usually there putting in her time and I always appreciate seeing that in businesses. The customer service is excellent as well, the girlies are always great. My kids and I love coming here and will continue coming back. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend 👍👏

I order the mango passionfruit pretty often from here and this time I've asked them nicely to remove the black seeds that I find in my drink and I tipped decently, but when I got my drink, it still had lots of black seed that I don't enjoy biting onto. I'm not mad just disappointed by the service.

We came across Sweet Straw in Napa thanks to its strong Yelp ratings and decided to give it a shot. The place has a clean, modern vibe and a simple, no-fuss menu that’s easy to navigate.
I ordered a Hong Kong Milk Tea with 50% sugar and 0% ice—glad to see those levels were customizable. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives pretty much end. The tea itself was underwhelming. Hong Kong Milk Tea should have that bold, robust black tea flavor balanced with creamy richness, but this one just tasted flat and lacked depth. It didn’t have that signature strong tea kick I was hoping for.
Topping-wise, the options were pretty standard. I was really disappointed they didn’t have crystal boba, which is my usual go-to. With so many shops offering a variety of fun toppings these days, their selection felt limited and a bit behind the times.
The service was friendly, which I appreciated—everyone seemed kind and helpful. However, the drink-making process was disorganized. They didn’t seem to follow a first come, first served system. We noticed at least three customers who ordered after us received their drinks before we did. It wasn’t super busy, so the wait felt unnecessarily long and confusing.
Overall, Sweet Straw didn’t live up to the hype for me. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not memorable. If you’re just looking for a quick milk tea fix, it might do the trick, but for those who really care about tea quality and topping variety, there are better spots worth your time.

Got green apple slush 50% sweet with aloe and it was a nice sour flavor and the aloe was a great touch. Also got a Oreo shake with boba was fire! Love when you can tell the boba was warm when you first drink. Nice customer service & parking as well!

I ordered 1 drink meanwhile 2 people ordered 2 drinks after me but got their drinks first and despite that, I'm still given attitude by the server when I didnt even say anything.... idk if they're in a rush to get to their Fuerza Regida concert or something but the attitude needs to change.
