I always have mistakes in my order. When I try calling no one picks up. This happened many times in the past. And again today they left out the mane reason I went the (cheese it tostada). Then no one picks up the phone (probably because the only reason it rings is a complaint). Id disconnect it too if it rings all the time.1 star only because napa is so beautiful

I went inside because the drive thru was full. It didn't matter, I guess I had to wait for the drive-thru to clear out. This is an old Taco Bell. It needs some TLC inside. My lunch was fine but probably won't visit again.

They have completely stripped down the Taco Bell on Soscol in Napa, back to Covid times. Only order by kiosk, no condiments or other items out. Very slow to fix order, and no mild sauces available. My chicken power bowl was scant, and very dry. Bathroom needs code and key and not clean. Will not go there again. Disappointed!

@tacobell I ordered your new grilled cheese burrito box meal supposed to come with the aforementioned burrito, cinnamon twists, drink, chalupa, and cantina Chicken TacoInstead all I got was a regular crunchy taco and burrito, no twists or chalupa. I argued to management and they told me they're online menu is wrong. Told them I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it only came with two items. Doesn't say online exclusive$5 box meal no longer exists either despite being online menu for months

Unfortunately I didn't have such a nice experience. The food was ok, but not as good as usual compared to other Taco Bells. The biggest problem was communication, unfortunately our order from the kiosk was not forwarded to the kitchen, after a 15 minute wait we asked. Unfortunately, communication was very difficult and since there was no receipt at the kiosk and we only had the payment receipt, it took another 15 minutes and a phone call to the manager until our order was finally found ?A rocky road to the food and without persistence they would have ours Concerns simply ignored.

Would not serve us breakfast at 10:45 ..... Bathrooms not clean and stinks and no paper towels..... We had to settle for something that was horrible...... Will not return ! Also language barrier.......

I have been in drive threw lime for over 20 min just to have the food so gross we can't eat it. ? we're on the road and waisted all the sapir time we had just ti still be hungry . Good thing I packed the kids
Literally the worst Taco Bell I've ever been in. Employees can't be bothered to take your order. The kiosks say your food will be ready in 10 minutes but it takes an hour for them to make me a cheesy roll up! (Dont get stuck in the drive thru!) Food tastes old, dry, stale. They sold me frozen drinks on the app and didn't have em in stock... the manager said she'd give me free ones next time I came in. Jokes on me - cuz I won't be back. This place sucks. Can't belive this is Napa's service. ? how shamefull ?
Update: tried again for a work lunch. They burritos are not rolled or labeled at all. Food is small portions, yucky, cold and order is incorrect. What a shame.
