Absolutely loved our experience at Taj Grill in Napa! The food had authentic Indian flavors with the perfect balance of spices — flavorful, not just fiery. The Chana Masala was a standout, far better than what we've had in the Bay Area, where it's often just a red chili-heavy gravy. The chef here clearly understands that spice should enhance taste, not overpower it.

Finger licking tasty, freshly cooked food. I was amazed to find such good Indian food in Napa valley. Each and every dish we ordered was flavorful and best that spices were cooked properly unlike other places. We ordered biryani, chana masala, dal tadka, naan and peas pulao and nothing to complain of. Returned again for the next meal too.
Highly recommend and must try for authentic Indian quality food. Service is fast and ambience is great. Hope the quality is maintained.
