The Food Mill - Pizzeria & Grill, Mexican Food served until 1AM

The Food Mill is AWESOME!! I love everything I've had from reuben sandwiches to prepared meals, the salmon is wonderful! I love this place and highly recommend it!!

I was looking for a good sandwich and came across The Food Mill Kitchen via Yelp and figured I'd check it out. I ordered the Mexican chicken panini with chipotle sauce, jalapenos, and avocado and man did it hit the spot!!! Delicious panini with the perfect balance of spice. I will definitely be looking forward to my next visit. The pictures are only half the sandwich, I couldn't wait to take a bite and devoured the first half by the time I thought of taking a picture 😂

New owners are really nice, they have super good prices on sandwiches compared to competing delis, and they offer a cool selection of pre made foods such as pasta salads, steak and broccoli, salmon, sushi, and more. The remodel looks good, I'll definitely be returning.

I went to grab some food to go. Spaghetti.. kid friendly for sure. Kinda sweet, I like mine a little spicy. Beet salad was great, I added a little more vinegar cause, like I said I’m a little spicy/sour patch kid. I find it’s better to start out safe and friendly and be able to add salt/ heat/acid to taste because, while you ca always add to taste, you can’t remove salt or spice. My last time in, I grabbed some crab cakes and I’m excited to try them out, but haven’t gotten to them because I also noticed the tortas on my way out and when I inquired, George said, “if you like spicy… ”, that’s all I needed to hear. The Mexican torta is insane. 🤤 ¡Riquísimo! Im excited for their future. I really want them to succeed. I think they’re onto something great and they will really kick off when the community realizes what they’ve got going on and start to support them more. If you think parking is tight, it’s really not. It’s so easy to get in and out of there especially because They cater a lot to grab and go, but they do have a bar area if you wanna pull up and have a beer, a meal, or snack, and hang out for a bit.

Super delicious deli sandwich etc! Not only did the new owners completely transform this place in and out, very welcoming as well as clean and bright! They are super friendly and professional on top of top notch sandwich!s ! Also thier cookies are super yummy! We will definitely be returning when we crave deli!!!!!

Under new ownership-the new owners seem super experienced and friendly. Sandwiches are incredibly tasty and seem fairly priced. They have lots of panini and grab n go options.

I could NOT AGREE MORE w Dave. This place is a DIAMOND!! The food is super upgraded quality and presented like pros (think Browns Valley Market). Evethubg cooked from an each in their kitchen! Help keep this wonderful place alive! We need convenience and QUALITY off Big Ranch!

The Food Mill is open again under new ownership. I went to the Food Mill this week with a friend of mine for a beer. First time in there under the new ownership. Very impressive. They have cleaned up the place in a huge way, which was sorely needed. It is bright, smells clean, which is sorely needed It is obvious that these guys are committed to making this work and are willing to do what it takes to make that happen. The one thing I noticed, and we talked about it, is that their prices are too low, way too low. They should be in the $12-$14 for a range for a deli sandwich if they are going to survive. The furnishings are a bit sparse, but they have a business plan that they are following to add things as they go along and it will only continue to improve. Please give these guys a chance and patronize their business. We really do need businesses, and people like this in our community. If you are visiting the valley this is a great place to get food to take with you for a wine tasting or a picnic, or if you need a relaxing place to just sit for a few and enjoy some good food and staff that is appreciative that you came in.

Staff are awesome and the desserts are really good,but usually I have found the food to be below what my expectations had been in the beginning. And a few friends have said the same thing, a few times. I only go if a friend insists and I usually just go to TJ or something to grab something that's premade. I'm just disappointed in the companies making food & selling to the nice owner of FM. He's always nice to employees & clients,but those making the food are not tasting the food by batch before it's packed.Im sorry FM I'd be angry at those making the food & leaving for you to sell for them or if any food is made there. I'd really like you to talk about taste buds & seasonings bc it's so bland & joyless. The majority of staff are great though. If you are upset about my review please respond to me with a way to contact your business and I will respond to you. Thanks
