I don't usually complain or even go to this location but yeah I won't be back. I asked for 3 sauces. I have no problem paying for them. But this is the only location I've been to that even charges. I grab my food I see only 1 sauce. I ask for the other 2 I asked for when I ordered. She proceeds to try to take the 1 sauce she gave me right off my tray. What is wrong with this lady. Just cause your having a bad day doesn't mean you need to take it out on your customers. Then I try to tell the store manager and he does nothing.

I never got charged for barbecue sauce when I go to any chain fast food or restaurant and this one charged extra 65 cents for it.I was so disappointed and did not have a choice than pay for it after I gave 10% of my order for tips.It is ridiculous and they will never see my face again

Hard to get ice cream in Napa anymore that's not super expensive or terrible atmosphere. Habit is just a great spot to grab a well priced cone or milkshake on a hot day. Burgers are good too.

Great, friendly helpful staff at the Napa Valley restaurant! Very tasty, enjoyable burger, not too sloppy, very filling. First time to Habit Burger Grill, will definitely try to eat again when the time comes.

Had the BBQ Salad with ranch with the Hibiscus tea and the Garlic Parm fries. Very tasty. Great customer service and place was tidy including the bathroom. Convenient location.
