Haven't even arrived for our reservation yet. We had to make FIVE different points of contact to receive written confirmation that our reservation had been updated to our specific room request. We had been assured since August that it was taken care of. Silverado lied to us the entire time and told us today, after reaching out for the fifth time, that it was our fault we weren't in the correct room despite following their instructions.
